Identification
Adult: Straw-colored wings have reddish shading in basal area and beyond PM. Slightly scalloped lines are reddish brown. All wings are marked in tiny black discal dots. (3)
Range
Occurs throughout North America, except the higher elevations of the Rocky Mountains, etc.. (4), (5)
Season
Adults are most common from March to October; year-round in Texas and Florida. (1)
