I think this is Hister furtivus. Pattern of dorsal striae, 3-dentate protibia and dense pygidial punctures are characteristic. As to subhumeral striae, some furtivus individuals have fragments of them, occasionally long, but mostly outer and inner are at least narrowly separate as, it looks, the pictured specimen has
