adult female Hesperotettix viridis pratensis
I've never seen many of these in Colorado. They are more common east of Colorado. Some consider it a different species from H. viridis, and it may well be (they don't seem to mix, and sometimes occur in the same areas on different plants).

Moved from Grasshoppers, Crickets, Katydids.
