The arrowhead shaped spots on the fw median row don't match any photos I've been able to find, but I don't know if perhaps this is a variable feature.

Plebejus anna ricei
Yes, with the orange on the ventral forewing this has to be Anna's Blue, ssp. ricei. Here's a photo from BOA that shows spots with a similar shape, although a bit smaller.
