Size: less than 5mm
I must be missing something, as I cannot find a match for this. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Valerie, I think this is another Dichomeris punctipennella.

 
Oops. Another one.
I hope I didn't, in my frustration at first with this species, post any more. I think it's another Neodactylota liguritrix. I noticed on Mike's first posted image that Bob Patterson had his doubts on the determination. It really doesn't match the other images in that taxon.
