for this specimen
probably the critter itself. It is in good condition and the hairs hide the ocelli, warts, and venation so additional photos of those areas won't help. If you can get a closeup of the genitalia and spurs on the legs I may be able to do it from the photos depending on sex and what can be seen. Does it have ocelli?

Otherwise I am happy to look at the critter.

I believe it is a Polycentropodidae but cannot be sure. I have a table for separating the NA genera I can send you via personal email but your email doesn't accept attachments.

I'll go with that ID - it means I've got 3 different caddisflies and given the paucity of local habitat for them that's more than I expected :)
