Size: approx 5-6 mm
Noted - similar to Agalli but red eyes & fringes of green.

Do you have a better resolution image? This is a rather rare bug.

Note that the ocellus is clearly visible as a white spot in front of the eye. These bugs have large ocelli, even though the head is short.
