Perfect, it's got to be in that genus. Interesting what Dr. H is saying about head length. I wonder if this could be the other species(vittatus)? I hope he weighs in.

Tinobregmus viridescens
Males are really easy to identify - the wing tips are very broadly black in this species, and only narrowly lined with black in T. vittatus (females of that species usually also have wing stripes).
Watch for them!
