Thanks, I thought about it, but my guessing is not that good :)

I have some males of Ichneumon with this much yellow on the propoodeum, but they have the underside of the flagellum orange. I am wondering if this could be a species of Eutanyacra.

The scutellum of your critter seems strikingly bulbous, and that doesn't seem to be the case with Eutanyacra villisima.

I see what you mean (although I did have to look-up scutellum :) It does seem rather bulbous...It's really a good thing that you experts are here!
