Splendid photos! This is a difficult group that I am not very familiar with. I can only wonder if an ID of the plant might hint at the identity of the host being searched for.

Moved from ID Request.

Bachelor's Button
Bachelor's Button - Centaurea cyanus. The buds seem to be very attractive to several wasp species.

Thanks
Being an non-native, various European ichneumonids have been associated with it, but none are Atrophini.

More Photos if Needed
I have more photos if needed just let me know what piece of anatomy you need to see.
