green diptera flying in wooded area - Glyptotendipes - female

green diptera flying in wooded area - Glyptotendipes - Female
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
August 20, 2012
Size: body length 4 mm
followed Manual of Nearctic Diptera to Chironomini but am unsure re antepronotal lobes: are they the left&right triangles that each occupy 1/3 the width of the vertical green ridge? If so, since terminalia is broad with short setae, I should have Xenochironomus...

Glyptotendipes?
Not Xenochironomus, which has a narrower notch in the pronotum. Maybe Glyptotendipes. What are the ratios of lengths of tibia and first three segments of fore tarsi? Are there any hair-free depressions on the fronts of the segments of the abdomen, along the top midline?

no depressions along abdomen top midline
