Update
Thanks to Robert and Royal for generously providing specimens, as a result of which I was able to dissect and photograph male and female genitalia of this moth. I sent the photos to Sangmi Lee, JF Landry, Vazrick Nazari, David Adamski, and Richard Brown. The consensus is that this moth is an undescribed species of Autostichidae.
