Box Elder Bug
This is definitely a box elder bug. They are similar to milkweed bugs but you can tell by the design on their wings. This infographic
helps point out
the difference.

box elder bug?
I think this is a box elder bug with young box elder bugs. I had a lot of these by my house in July. And for some reason, they would swarm. They would all congregate into a pile in a certain spot.
