Think this may be
an old worn specimen of Anaplectoides prasina (Green Arches Moth). The white patch below the reniform spot is pretty distinctive.

Maybe sometime I'll manage to catch a fresh moth or two, but it seems like you're probably right about the id on this one. On the photo I took with a black background the greenish (more faded to yellow on this one) stripes are more obvious. I'm not sure how diagnostic the extra brownish tufts near where the wings attach are, but they also seem to match.
