Could this be a brown T. resh? At light.

It is
Tibicen resh
. This species is often confused with
Tibicen pronotalis
, however, the wings of resh are less strongly bowed and there is a well defined dark "Z" towards the wing tip (this mark is faded to absent in pronotalis).
