Yes
And in your area the choices are
C. bartonii bartonii
and
C. robustus
. The single (as opposed to double) row of tubercles on the inner side of the palm of the chelae, indicate this is
Cambarus bartonii bartonii
. The taxonomy of the genus is being worked on, but for now
bartonii bartonii
is the only subspecies of
bartonii
listed for NY ... so that helps. :)
