Identification
Adult: forewing white with golden-brown discal patch between two similarly-colored bands crossing wing; strip of same color along basal half of costa, and another strip from subterminal band to center of outer margin; terminal line brown; hindwing similar but with bands restricted to lower half of wing; fringe long and white on both wings
Range
South Carolina to Georgia south into Florida.
