Don't call this an official identification but I think this looks more like aurorella than stigmella. The problem is your moth looks a bit worn and I can see how a worn/faded stigmella might look like aurorella.
Hopefully someone else can offer a more educated opinion.

Bad Exposure?
I know my example looks worn but I pulled up the original image and I can see the majority of scales even in the faded spots. Also, I see that it was overexposed but I can only guess what it should have looked like. I am adding another version of the same image at higher resolution with what I think is better exposure compensation. See what you think and compare with ALL-Leps images (same images as BOLD but slightly higher resolution) of
Acrobasis stigmella
.
A. aurorella
was my original pick. I'm fine with calling that and even moving it to species as a tentative ID but I wouldn't mind if you could take one more look first.
Edit - for some reason it's not letting upload a larger image but the difference is not dramatic. It mostly shows that most of the scales are there. I'll try again a little later.

If you can see that most of the scales are there then I'd say this is aurorella.
