Wasp with nursery web spider - female

Wasp with nursery web spider - Female
Harms Woods, Glenview, Cook County, Illinois, USA
September 7, 2012
She dragged her prey, Pisaurina mira, across a leaf of Saururus and wedged it in the leaf axil. Then she moved away and preened for a little while. She got the spider and dropped down to a lower leaf and then I lost her.
