"The critter pictured is either
Aneflus sonoranus
Casey or
A. levettei
(Casey). The prosternum has to be examined to be sure. The antennae appear to be longer than the body. If true, than this is probably a male
levettei
as the male
sonoranus
and females of both species have antennae shorter than the body.
"

= intercoxal process of prosternum obtusely expanded at apex, coxal cavities open behindby about width of apex of prosternal process
"
A. levettei
= intercoxal process more or less truncate at apex, coxal cavities closed or essentially closed behind"
