Many of these hatched out of small galls that I found on a Grape leaf. Sorry for the poor-quality photo, was taken with a digital camera through a microscope

Grape Phylloxera…
This assumption is based on the yellowish coloration, the shape of the distal antennal segment which is elongated, the shape of the appendages, and, of course, the proximity to grape galls. If the leaf galls looked similar to those here, then I would think you might have a match.
