Size: 1/2 inch plus
Seems to hang in same area. Local weedy ditch line. Have not notice eating habits yet. Seems to sit still when it lands, slow flying. Not sure if hunts other insects.

Fuzzy Fly
I believe its a Bombylius major from the bee fly species.
