Yes, but...
a very special one indeed. I ignored Ichneumons with such thick, knoty legs existed.
The same can be said of the superb crane fly (in a broad sense) you posted just after this wasp. At first, I thought of a Ctenophorinae, but antennae don't match at all.

To me this wasp looks like a cross between a Chalcid and an Ichneumon.
