Looks like Digrammia atrofasciata. You could really help ID if you rotate your moths with head up. Otherwise it's a lot like trying to read a record label while it's spinning ... and I know you remember records:)

OK as long a s strage shadows
OK as long as strange shadows don't both you. I also was going to try to get better focus on head, but it flew.

I'll add a rotated one. Let me know what you think.
