Ok thanks. I had eliminated that species because the resource I was looking at said they had wings that were much longer than the body and this one didn't seem to match that.

 
The wings are both unusually short, and unusually dark,
but I've seen both conditions (particularly westward). Sorting these out can be very difficult, especially for females, but this seems like the best option to me. There are other similar species, but they all seem to have some structural trait (mostly the shape and size of the ovipositor) that rules them out.
