Cicadellidae sp?

Cicadellidae sp?
Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, USA
September 15, 2012
I am brand new to this family and I am probably not even in the right area. Can someone help me out possibly? I was collecting some Lycosidae and when shaking off a few leaves, this guy jumped out at me. My gut tells me it's a nymph of some order, but again, I am totally lost. Sorry for the bad pics, but he jumped away before I could get my good macro lens on. I will add a second picture of the eyes - thanks in advance!

Welcome to Bug Guide, Rugby Dave. This is a leafhopper nymph I'm not familiar with. I'm guessing a Deltocephalinae, possibly Scaphytopius. Dr. Hamilton, our leafhopper adviser will know. Now for the important stuff. Where have you played?
