porch spider 2 - Scytodes atlacoya

porch spider 2 - Scytodes atlacoya
32.13, -97.85, Somervell County, Texas, USA
September 11, 2012
I pretty sure this is Genus Scytodes, but not enough to put it there. Only a couple of the Texas Images looked similar. Builds irregular webs usually at corner of wall and ceiling opposite the open side. Hides during day. At night retreats from light I was using to focus, and less quickly when porch light is turned on. The one holding something was descending the wall but turned around when I put the light on it for more than a few seconds.

I make out only 4 eyes rather than 6, but the outer ones may be doubles that did not resolve in images.

Each image is full and cropped to body only.

I'm uploading 2 individuals with with thumb link. One is darker but similar.
