Salticidae... Juvenile?

Salticidae... Juvenile?
Oswego County, New York, USA
September 14, 2012
Found this guy on my pool in the backyard.

Moved
Moved from Dendryphantinae. Taxonomic changes have eliminated this subfamily; this is just a housekeeping move.

Moved
Moved from Jumping Spiders. Probably an Eris, but I think we can only move it safely to subfamily.

Moved for expert attention
Moved from Spiders.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Looks like...
a Salticidae alright. Its pattern suggests female Pelegrina or Eris and you might not be able to narrow it beyond that. Look in the guide at those pictures while you wait for an expert to chime in.
