Ground Cricket Nymph
This looks like a young female ground cricket to me, a nymph with two molts left before adulthood and likely a member of the Allonemobius genus, the robust ground crickets...striped ground cricket babies (Allonemobius fasciatus) for one look very much like this. Compare with the image of a very similar female nymph one instar further along right here on this guide.
