Size: 25mm (body)
Stephanid wasp. Not sure how many of these there are but this is very similar to one in the guide. Impressive insects.

Megischus bicolor (Westwood).
Megischus bicolor (Westwood). The most widespread stephanid in the U.S. and the only one known in Arkansas.
