I think this is a Astata spp with a kill

Sphecids
With prey it is often easy to narrow it down to subfamilies and farther. Astata in the Atatinae and Bicyrtes in the Bembecines use stinkbugs in their larders. This is not a Bicyrtes. There are likely four species of Astata in your state. A. unicolor may be the most common.

And look at the curious fly stopping by.
Wonder if it is one of the Milichiidae that seem to show up as soon as a stinkbug is killed although it looks too big. Info in the guide here
