Cellar spider, family Pholcidae. Looks like Holocnemus pluchi to me:
They're harmless.

I think you are right, though the markings vary slightly, I have investigated the entire Pholcidae family I can find, and the pluchi is almost dead on, so maybe its just an adaption because of the foreign environment. Thank you.
