Wow! Neat caterpillar for this specie too.

Geometer Moth
Looks like some type of Geometer Moth - I'd say a Chickweed, except the antenna aren't fringed. Possibly a Synaxis cervinaria, except they're widespread in the west. I'll let the pros figure this one out.
