Do you have any other images of this? The male looks like Stagmomantis limbata, while the female has the dark bars characteristic of Stagmomantis californica.

slightly different view of the mating mantids.

The other image helps. I can see that his leg has moved her wings, so the dark bars are on her abdomen and not her wings. I've also got a better view of his hindwings.
