Possible Potter Wasp - Polistes fuscatus

Possible Potter Wasp - Polistes fuscatus
Moncton, back garden on Williams Street near Victoria Park, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada
July 3, 2012
Any way to get this to genus/species?

Moved
Moved from Polistes.

Moved for expert attention
Moved from Potter and Mason Wasps.

Presumably P. fuscatus (since that's all we have from your neck of the woods)--but I'll let the specialists make that determination.

Thanks Ken!
Actually, folks who know more about wasps than I (from New Brunswick) have also said that this is almost certainly P. fuscatus as well. I will move it to the page.
