Bird Cherry-oat Aphid I believe.
Rhopalosiphum padi, the siphunculi with the flange and a 45° angle at the tip is pretty distinct, plus that teeny tiny cauda. Should have a lot of sensoria on the antennae, and a medium length ultimate rostral segment.
