Nope - Trombidioid
You can immediately differentiate this beast from an erythraeid because of the body constriction between legs II and III. Plus the eyes are on stalks (just barely visible in this photo if you know what you're looking for). This is a true velvet mite (Trombidiidae) and I've come to find that trombidiids with this general gestalt are Allothrombium.
