Female w/ prey - Eratigena duellica - Female
Cowichan Valley, British Columbia, Canada
September 25, 2012
Size: ~12mm body length
Found on the side of the house near ground level. There's a space just between the concrete and the siding that Tegenaria species seem to like. Both T. gigantea and T. agrestis have taken up residence there at various times. I've seen this one hanging around for a couple of months now. I think she's immature because she's pretty small. Here she's caught an unfortunate female Agelenopsis female.
