Size: ~ 20 mm
Many were present adjacent to the dunes after much monsoon-stimulated vegetation had sprung up.

Callisthenes (Chrysostigma) affinis
is confirmed based on my microscopic examination of this specimen which is now a photo-voucher in the P.W.Messer collection. Thanks Robyn.
This one compares well to
C. affinis
(Texas) in my reference collection.
