I agree with Horse Lubber nymph. I don't think Romalea microptera ranges into Arizona. Eastern to Central TX is the Eastern Lubber's western limit, I believe.

 
Horse Lubber
After doing some checking, the ID on this is correct as Horse Lubber. Others of that species have been reported from the same general area, and as I stated earlier, Romalea microptera doesn't range this far west.
