This is Megalostomis pyropyga
This is Megalostomis pyropyga pyropyga. Note the metallic purple, green and blue reflexions on pronotum and elytra. This is the only NA clytrine with this character.

It is Babia quadriguttata
Saxinis is similar in colouration but more punctate, while this one is more shiny as well
