Moved from Tigrosa aspersa. Full median band on carapace, so likely T. georgicola instead. T. aspersa only has a short band in the eye area.(1)

I'm really glad Brady revised those species this year... the whole georgicola thing was confusing for a long time. Now that he compares that species to aspersa it seems more straightforward. I'm noticing it's tough to tell with the median band sometimes, though. In some T. aspersa you can still see a faint line all the way down the carapace, but it's only the front part by the eyes that is nice and bright/distinct (I think that's what we're looking for in T. aspersa, at least). And then the median band in T. georgicola is really distinct down the whole carapace.

(Yep, I'm trying to get caught up with spider stuff again; good to be back!)

Hogna aspersa

would be my guess. The name is being changed to Tigrosa aspersa.
