Ants - Crematogaster sp.? - Prenolepis imparis - Female

A mass of ants on something decomposing, I'm not really sure what - a worm possibly? I'm thinking maybe these are a Crematogaster sp., but ID confirmation or correction is much appreciated. Thanks!
