Braconid Wasp

Braconid Wasp
Lexington, Kentucky, USA
June 10, 2006
Male?

Alysiinae -- Michael Sharkey det.

poss. Opiinae -- Paul Marsh det.
Moved from Braconid Wasps.

Difficult to say...
Because many Braconid females have an unconspicuous ovipositor. Seeing the underside of the abdomen would have been necessary to be sure of the gender of this elegant little wasp.
