Looks like a male Shadow Darner to me
Aeshna umbrosa.

Abdominal colouring is extremely limited, male claspers have broad ends that end in a downward-pointing tip, and thoracic stripes are hooked, giving the impression of a walking cane. Looks like a perfect specimen to me.
