It is a little different from average,
but these things vary a lot individually, and I think it is just good ol' C. echo echo. Of course somebody may come along and study things in more detail (or may be doing so now), and it could be that names will change or be added, just as they have been further east.

I don't see the outer dot pattern on many of the echo shots.
