It looks like Acleris variegana to my inexperienced eye.

Looking at the other images (http://bugguide.net/index.php?q=search&keys=Acleris+variegana&search=Search), it sure looks like it. Only other moth that comes to mind is the Exposed Bird-dropping Moth (Acontia aprica)(http://bugguide.net/index.php?q=search&keys=acontia+aprica).
