Today I received an e-mail from James McDermott identifying this moth as Hodges #9848 –Eviridemas minuta. Will move it when there is a species page. Great find and great photo! I could not believe it when I realized that our photographs were taken on the same date a year apart!!! The wonders of the world!

I didn't realize you had found the name of this moth. Looks like another one that is unique to our area. At least that has been photographed.
