Hello Margarethe,

It looks like you are a pro and I am not, but I have just been studying some of my files today and comparing ID's to BG photos. I have one I think is the same. I think it might be Hodges # 1014, Antaeotricha leucillana, Pale-Gray Bird Dropping Moth.

I think you are on the right track. Checking what others found in the same area, I think it might be Antaeotricha schlaegeri (Schlaeger's Fruitworm Moth - Hodges#1011)

Did you see the discussion in one of the posts about the difference and the comparative size? I didn't understand it because I do not have any comparison.
