Small wasp? to ID - Sphecodes - Female

This was very small and the red attracted me to it. Info. on what it is would be helpful, thanks.

Bee:-)
This is a female bee in the genus Sphecodes, family Halictidae. They are parasites of other halictids, hence no pollen-collecting hairs anywhere.
